Please address - as this is an extreme concern and annoying barking around the neighborhood. Sometimes there are 2 different dogs barking at each other. possibly some sort of fight.

I have recorded on my phone the exact time frame of how long he barks in one setting, exceeding 8 mins without a break. And that’s only what I recorded! No one comes to check on him, he barks until he's hoarse! PLEASE! I’ve sent a letter to them and reported this to the sheriff and gave them a warning! This is ridiculous!
