Landlord won't even answer phone so we can get it fixed

so he had his workers come and take down take the other wet wall down without fixing the leaking problem and put up sheet rock and painting over it. and within a week it got worst from before. this landlord said he doesn't care or just lie after lie.

bathroom been leaking for a month in a half. the landlord only put up new sheet rock. never fixed the leaks in the walls. got mold and fungus growing. very bad mildew smell got a disabled person and baby in the apartment.

THE WINDOWS ARE BROKEN AND SEALED SHUT/STUCK AND CAN NOT OPEN, WHEN YOU TRY TO USE THE OVEN.THE ALARMS GOES OFF AND COULDN'T COOK AND PREPARE MEALS AND MY DAUGHTER HAD GOTTEN VERY TIRED AND LIGHTHEADED. WITH ALL OF THE FIRES GOING ON THIS ISSUE WAS BROUGHT TO THE MANAGEMENT AND THE SUPER ATTENTION AND NOT ADDRESSED PROMPTLY. IT HAS BEEN DEADLY FIRES EVERYDAY AND I CAN NOT, WILL NOT WAIT UNTIL A TRAGEDY TO HAPPEN FOR THIS TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES. i WILL NOT HAVE MY DAUGHTER AND GRAND-DAUGHTER SAFETY BE AT RISK AND EVERYONE JUST PUSH IT AWAY AS IF THIS IS NOT AN EXTREME HAZARDOUS PROBLEM.
I CALLED THE MT VERNON DEPT OF BUILDING TO SPEAK DIRECTLY WITH SOMEONE AND THE MAN ANSWERED VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIKE I WAS ANNOYING HIM AND HUNG UP THE PHONE, I THEN REDAILED AND HE PICKED UP AND HUNG UP AGAIN, I CALLED AGAIN AND THEN A MACHINE AND THEN DIRECTORY 9146652484

The toxic fumes in the apartment and hallway has worsened my asthma, and my doctor says now I need to see a pulmonologist.

This Apartment is infested with rats , mice , water bugs , roaches etc .. how ever the mold is my biggest concern. I've been sick numerous of times and it all streams from this mold. I've notify my landlord and all he have don't was took off old sheet rock. Repainted over the molds and that was it. Months going on a year now since I've been dealing with this issue. ,

The Landlord knows all about the repairs that's needed. We are done paying him rent.

I have a baby and other children living in the apartment and there’s mold all over my bathroom been there since I’ve been living here. they don’t fix they just paint over the mold

Refused to turn on the heat
Poor conditions to live and owner dont wanna fix anything
