Owner poured a large concrete slab that covers the entire rear and side yard with no respect for the easement to the zero lots line which should be 7 ft from the property to the east - the slab only allows for about 18" of clearance. In addition the owner of this property installed an above ground pool, and generator system along with an electric car charging station, as well as converted the garage to a living space. The entirety of these changes encompass both code violations and lack of permits. The concrete slab has created a drainage problem that could affect the foundation of the home to the east. The pool is too close to the home to east as well. It appears the owner has left the property and has been attempting to sell it. Hopefully this situation can be rectified so the owners of the home to the east do not suffer the consequences of a drainage problem if a storm were to hit the area.
