    Unfortunately this neighbor will not remove their trash cans from Liberty Nor epl they pick up the trash around their cans I dis it 2 weeks ago as I was tired of seeing it The cans have been on the street for now 3 weeks And now more trash is gathering around the cans I know they put them behind the chain link fence after the last report for one week I believe they belong to the homeowner who lives down the drive so I understand not wanting to haul them up & down every week But can they just take them off the street, which I believe is city code?
