The street-side cast iron cap on this fire hydrant is shattered. Since the spot is a temporary bus stop, perhaps a bus brushed up against it? In any case, sharp pieces of cast iron are on the ground, and the hydrant is uncapped.

There are two poles opposite each other near the Firehouse parking and near the parking machine with no signs. Images 12 & 13

Subject: Shower Faucet leaking
Hi.
There are long time big leaking in two middle Shower Faucets in men's room (Rousevelt Island swimming pool).
Could you please fix it. Thank you, Alexander

Please replace two grills (one large, one small) just south of the Queensboro that were lost several months back. These are one of the few grills not quickly claimed by non-islanders on sunny days and provide a nice retreat from the busy lighthouse retreat. Thank you.

At 888 Main/Octagon Lane and Main Street east, at the tri-corner, no crosswalks exist. Also at approx. 900 Main Street at hospital driveways and dog walking plot, no crosswalks. Please see attached photos. thanks, Carson

SAFETY ISSUE: Pedestrian Crosswalks and Sidewalks are needed at the eastside rotary and entrance to Lighthouse Park Pedestrian Way.
