I so completely disagree with you. I personally have almost been hit by a bicycle on more than one occasion. It is the equivalent of a pedestrian sidewalk with no delineated area vehicles (which is what a bicycle is). Rarely do bicyclists walk on the bridge, and they don't call out when they are coming creating real risk to others. I'm sure pedestrians have been hit before, and will be again. It's just selfish not to think of the safety of others.

I don’t think the city of Alameda owns Park Street bridge so you will have to contact Alameda County Public Works. https://www.acpwa.org/
