Yes, you are correct. It is so frustrating to have to constantly stop & go, stop & go on this street because the traffic lights are not synched. Not to mention the chaos of vehicles turning every which way, the poor visibility because cars are parked too close to intersections, the bone-crushing potholes, and the crippling railroad crossing! This is a true travel NIGHTMARE!!
