You asked me to comment on an issue I can't until the leaves are back on the tree causing the blockage. Right now you can see the sign because all the leaves are off. However, if memory serves the problem hadn't been taken care of before the leaves fell from the tree.

They trees were finally trimmed upward so now the sign is more visiable.
