North 33rd in the area of Diamond has had it's sidewalks ripped up and has had construction materials/equipment simply sit idle for weeks/months. Why is this project taking so long- Why such an extensive construction mess?

I will take a snapshot next time I am in the area.
The way this project is proceeding, with such little regard for those that live and walk in the area, is a disgrace.
