Someone walking with their baby in a stroller to the bike path (just down Hayfield Rd), in an effort to cross the road would have to walk into oncoming traffic (on Manchester Blvd), due to the way the intersection is setup. There needs to be a safe pedestrian crossing across Hayfield Rd at this stoplight. It is sad to have a bike/walking path just down Hayfield Rd with no safe way to access it.

Non-pedestrian friendly intersection recently redone, but only partially fixed.

The U.S Highway Administration states a pedestrian friendly intersection has a crosswalk on all sides, a 4 way intersection should have 4 crosswalks. This intersection only has 3 crosswalks.
