Debra, as a hardcore follower of the LED streetlight transition, I can tell you there is nothing HU will be able to do aside from put a shade around them IF it's not one of the flat "main street" ones. Other than that, this is the new normal streetlight.

Hi Debra - the good news for you is that those can be replaced with the "residential street light" fixture which has shades around them. See this map I've created, and look at "Type 3 LED Streetlight"

This was not assigned to the street light department so we never received this one. I have just assigned it to our department and I have entered a ticket. This may take some time as the crews are behind on street light tickets due to outages, trouble tickets, etc... But rest assured they will handle this one as soon as they can.
