Large black plastic bags of debris (lathe, plaster) was dumped at this location at least 6 days ago - bags are now tearing - big mess

We've got duplicate tickets on this one. I posted this yesterday before seeing yours, @Livingston. Thanks for your posting. Parks Department, please pick this up ASAP - the bags are indeed ripping open and it's becoming a worse mess.

Note to those who are not happy with this mess, if it bothers you so much go ahead and clean it up yourselves, Some good gloves, a couple of sturdy trash bags, throw those in your trunk and drop in a dumpster. Problem solved.
