  Here's what happen a a taxi cab from Passaic NJ was involved in a hit & run knockdown of signal pole and 3 cabinets filed insurance claim license plate found at the scene. Claims company as of yet hasn't located the owner( may have left the Country) what all that the signal crew was able to put back most of the signal with older parts the 1 signal pole that's is causing a problem seems the underground cable has a broken feed that still needs work the signal crew did a great job just to get the signal to work remember hit & run by a taxi. I will find out when the signal crew can return to take another look.

  Robert thank you so much for your quick and transparent response. You did not just brush off and send this issue to someone else or a different department. As you can see there is a catch basin issue right at the same corner that has not been looked at or resolved so you can see my frustration with submitting an issue and nothing getting done. But you just reassured me that you care and took the time to let me know what is actually going on. With that said no need to meet there as long as I know that this issue is in the process of getting resolved and I understand the frustration of accidents and trying to locate parties. Thanks again for your help with this issue.
