Messed up wallpaper in Pioneer Press Building skyway.

Clearly the Pioneer Press has a different view of the value of see click fix when the issue is on their own property. I guess it's OK to advertise see click fix, but they get to ignore any issues identified. Why else would this simple repair still be outstanding a year and three months later???
