I've been staying at Thomaston Crossing a year now and I've been dealing with overly noisy upstairs neighbors since I've moved in. I've been staying in apartments all my life, and I've never dealt with anything like this. The apartment complex will not help at all. The neighbor comes home at 9-10pm every single day, and her and her kids run through the apartment until normally 1-2 am in the morning. Sometimes 3am. I am a truck driver I have to be up early am every morning morning. I go to work tired every single day because I can't get any sleep. I've expressed this to the office and they ignore the emails, they ignore the calls, they just don’t care. People are not understanding how dangerous this is to me, my family, and everybody else family on the roads. She wakes me and my kids up every single night with the running and banging, screaming and talking loud, or playing the tv and music as load as she can play it. I've asked her with a note if she could please keep it down. Nothing changed. I went up there and asked her face to face. Again nothing changed. I have called the off duty officer 4 times he also didn’t care. I'm tired, I'm exhausted, and I need peace, and I could've sworn there are after hours noise ordinances the city has in place according to Sec 15-26. Matter of fact the off duty officer mentioned to me this exact city ordinance but again refuses to enforce it. And the apartment complex refuses to enforce it. So can somebody please enforce it. Please!!!!!!! I have emails, I have videos and recording of all the noise. Even a police report was made. Please help
