Several neighbors have reported that the occupants of this house are constantly repairing automobiles at this house. The area isn't zoned for an auto body; it's residential.
As of Saturday, Feb. 4, there was a Chrysler jacked up in the driveway and no active worked was being completed. A picture of the residence in question can be viewed via the link below:

This has been submitted to city of Lansing's Department of Planning and Neighborhood Development. Please post if any action occurs. For clarification, there isn't a 3312 Stabler; however, there is a 3316 Stabler.
As of February 25, 2012, the vehicle was still jacked up 3 feet high with a ton of snow on top. These inoperable vehicles on West Berry Avenue are getting way out of hand. This wasn't even an issue a couple of years ago.
