It has been like that for 20 years. While it is in Upper Gwynedd, the UG maintenance crew can't fix it because it is a state road, so it is a PennDOT issue. And PennDOT has more important things to do. You would think filling in potholes is rocket science. Stones+tar+shovel=9+10. Your best solution is to trade in your car and get a truck.
