Consider a street light, stop sign, no U turn sign or something around this very busy area. This is entrance/exit to Parkside neighborhood, as well as a bus stop for kids. There is a cut out in the medium where cars will U-turn along Military, there is a lot of traffic build up in area and there will be more once the rental houses are finished, and there are many residential cars and commercial trucks going in and out all day.
