Thank you for responding. Yes, this is still an issue. Now that it's getting warmer, it's even worse. They prop the doors open and have installed a screen door so the loud music blares outside even louder. Also people hang out outside, yelling, getting in the way of traffic and causing drivers to honk at them. Lastly, their refrigeration system or exhaust fan is very loud and definitely above the allowed decibel range.

Overly loud karaoke again tonight.
