City of New Haven designou esta questão a Homeless Services Coordinator

Are the people in the three tents in Edgewood also homeless? Is the gazebo now home to this guy? It's a terrible thing to think of being homeless. Should we allow people to camp out where they can? Maybe. I hate to think of the park that way. Are the shelters full?
