Adding a couple additional pictures — it is the portion of Eagle Street closer to Foster Street.

The curb is a mess but I would hate to have the large tree removed to fix it.

This is next to my house and we have adopted this tree from the city. We've paid to have it trimmed and cared for. Please do not remove our wonderful tree!

Agreed! Would love this beautiful tree preserved as the curb is addressed. Thank you for adopting this tree and taking such excellent care of it.

It’s a great tree and should not be threatened. But something should be done about the curbing.
