Also we are dealing with all of the trash and debris from the street storm drain that runs into our backyard and we are constantly having to pickup all of the trash and it’s a problem for me because this is coming from the storm drain and there are all types of trash including needles and I have even found a lady’s purse that lives in Fayetteville that someone stole and tossed it in the drain and it washed up into my backyard. Who is responsible for keeping this storm drain clean and who is responsible for all of the trash that runs out into my backyard?

An assessment was made. The mouth of the pipe will be cleared out for better drainage. LP
