Good Afternoon,
I hope all is well. That area is owned by the Department of Transportation. I have reported the illegal dumping multiple times and the Department of Transportation and a representative said a contractor needed to be hired for the clean up. I will follow up with the Department of Transportation again to see if the contractor for the clean up has a date.

Update: A phone call was made on 2/20/2024 to CT DOT for a update on the contractor for the clean up.
