This sidewalk has not been shoveled. It is slippery and needs to be salted, sanded, and if possible, shoveled. This is a large apartment complex, so it seems inexcusable that the sidewalk is not passable. It should be noted that the Howe side of this complex has been shoveled —just the Edgewood side needs attention.

P. Is the problem blight (trash, etc) outside, or is it a problem with the building (illegal use, housing code violation, etc)?
