Horrible! Why would someone just leave them as if they were trash. Im appalled.

I had accidentally overlooked that there was an option for dead animal pickup requests, but I think illegal dumping counts here too as the dogs were clearly dumped here. Roselyn Drive is notorious for being used as a dumping ground for garbage and there's still trash back there even after the city came and cleaned it up a few years back.
