PSA COREY FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT CALLED IN STATING THAT THE PIPE IS CAUSING A TRAFFIC HAZARD SHE HAS PLACED CONES OVER THE PIPE AND SHE HAS TRIED TO PUT THE CAP BACK ON BUT IS NOT ABLE TO.
