traffic signal at Neptune Dr consistently backs up northbound traffic between Southgate Dr and Neptune because of poor synchronization!! Southgate light is green but Neptune light is red, backing traffic consistently to the Southgate intersection. Has been a fairly recent problem- for years no problem!!

Agreed - it's turning red 24/7 and staying red for a LONG time, regardless of whether there's any cross-traffic on Neptune.

I think it's the new Dunkin' Donuts that's the issue, because the same unexplained red lights also happen at the new Dunkin' on 9 in Wappingers just north of Myers Corners.
