our driveway does not have a ramp due to rolled curbs, but the asphalt of the street does not approach the driveway, thus causing the driveway unusable to us as homeowners without an SUV. Our driveway is chronically blocked because it doesnt actually look like a driveway due to this poor asphalt laying (see picture - NOT OUR CAR). Because this is city property we cannot lay our own concrete without a permit. This is our THIRD request since we bought our home. COME FIX THIS! We are taxpayers and not receiving the services we pay for.
