so let me see if i get yhis right, i place a complant on this site and then i get a notification that i need to remove the grafiti on the alley side of my garage. that the city never cimes down, or else i will be fined for it. how is that justice, and what is to stop the people from tagging the garage again when the city has done nothing the last time when a police report was filed?
