Last January I reported huge pot holes in the alley behind our home. The holes are large enough that they hold water for days and at one point this summer I poured bleach in the water to kill the mosquito larvae that was hatching. I have spoken to my neighbors and they have all called and asked for assistance.
The alley is a named alley and has a residence on it and fire trucks are supposed to be able to get down the alley normally, I am not sure this is possible.

Please let us know what you plan to do about this alley.
It is the alley directly behind my residence on Floyd Ave.
