I am changing the status to Open as there is still a backup of cars onto Broadway by this corner because of the traffic light at the corner of Elm & Park that is long on the Red although there is a Green for the traffic coming down Broadway toward Yale. At one time this was synced up last year and worked quite well. There should be a longer Green for those cars making a right onto Park Street. Thank you City Traffic!

The signal coordination seems to have improved markedly within the past month. Starting from a red light turning green, I have consistently gotten a "green wave" in the past few weeks, with each subsequent signal turning green just before I arrive at the intersection at a reasonable speed. You have to start out from red, though. If I happen to come through York on a green light, I inevitably get caught at a red at High St, which puts me back in sync with the signals and I get green lights the rest of the way.
