Hi. I don't know who would handle this but would sure appreciate the appropriate party looking at this rental home whose tree is overpowering a two street driveway, along with an outside deck. Because of the size of the tree, I am unable to tell if any wires are connected. All I know is that I cringe everytime there's a strong wind and/or thunder/lightning storm, waiting for it to come right through my home. Thanks a lot.

UPDATE: There are in fact wires involved.
