This building has become a public nuisance. It has been tagged as Sub-standard but continues to be a hangout for the street people. It is constantly hit with graffiti and the building itself looks dangerous. I would think with the cold weather coming up it is only a matter of time before they build a fire for warmth and the entire place catches on fire.
