I was there yesterday I believe and I found syringe caps with a white substabce, emty marijyana and heroin bags. Lots if them! Cigg butts everywhere and to top it off a newer fence wad being installed.by another bunch of litter bugs. They smoked and threw their butts. The city of newhaven should clean the parj before putting in a newer fence. Please clean our park so I can continue to use it for what it wad.intended for. Thanks
