This issue has been resolved.

Is this item closed because it is private property? It is not resolved. It is still a VERY blighted property. Very embarrassing to live next door to and for our neighborhood. Who owns this property? They should be fined!

The request was sent over to Environmental Health department. The reason why it was closed because that is what one of the health inspectors informed us in the case report. If you would like to contact them directly, they can be reached at 860-757-4760 and just give them the address for them to look up.
