Knelson has one milling machine for road overlay work. Their work plan is such that milling is completed in all project areas first. Milling work is the grooves you are seeing on the exposed road at this stage. Knelson is paving 84th and will then move to Westpointe and will then move on to Resources. That said, we hope they will be back on Resources some time this week.

In addition, Capital Project work, such as road overlay in this case, is contracted out. As mentioned below, Knelson is doing the work in this area.
