As spring looms, so loom the thoughtless hordes of New Haven citizens who see nothing wrong with dumping old furniture, bags of garbage, worn-out toys, mattresses in the lovely undergrowth of East Rock Park. Also, this goes for those who drive up to the top to enjoy the beautiful view, have lunch, then drop their wadded bags of fast food on the ground, in that way negating the beautiful view for those who don't feel it's alright to litter. It's already started again this year. Now when cars are allowed up, the thoughtless filth will merely resume.
