Unfortunatly under this administration you won't get much results. We also have many nusiance properties in our blocks that 311, the police nor the civic assoc. have responded to after numerious complaints by many concerned neighbors unified. We have followed every advice blogged, and still no results, how discouraging. You don't need to be an urbanist to drive by and see the reoccuring blight day after day. After 30+ years as an active resident in this area. I'm giving up and moving else where. Let the cocroaches have it! Time and time again in the news papers and in town meeting we hear things are getting better. Who would know better then a 35 year resident (same house) what is what! Keep fooling yourselves.
