The Town of North Hempstead has reviewed your complaint and determined that the issue lies outside of our jurisdiction. Service Request # 8792 will be reported on your behalf to the Village of Thomaston for the repair of the street lights. To follow up please contact the Village at 516-482-3110.
Please feel free to call the Town’s 311 Call Center for future assistance by dialing 311 if within the Town or (516) 869-6311 if outside the Town. North Hempstead’s 311 call center is open from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm Monday to Friday, Saturday from 10:00am to 6:00pm and Sunday from 10:00am-5:00pm.
