Descrição

There is a large hole in a crosswalk at this Intersection.
It is about 10inches round and the lid is missing.
I think its a water valve.

Our representative was out there and looked around but could not find anything like this. If it is still there (the lid hasn't been put back on) please reopen and let us know as specifically as you can where it is located.
