The metal poles have been removed but the thick fabric gutter protector is laying at the bottom of the storm drain.

The same thing has occurred in the storm drain near the intersection of Peachtree and Ashland.

Still there.

Such a simple fix, too...

The fabric gutter protector is still laying at the bottom of the storm drain on Wayland near the corner of Wayland and Peachtree.
