Ally between N Harvie and Brunswick is in terrible condition. This is used by city trucks, waste trucks, VCU workers, homeowners, etc. There are HUGE potholes in alley that have standing water (mosquitos). Entrance to alley alone has a HUGE pothole that damages cars.

What would be better than filing a claim each time a car is damaged Richmond would be for them to be repaired.
