The alleyway behind my home in between Patterson and Park running west bound is riddled with extremely large pot holes. Has been for an extended period of time. When might one expect to have the alleyway drug to level it out? I have rolled my ankle while taking out the trash at least twice while stepping into a large pothole.

So we are approaching three months since this ticket was opened. Can you send an update as to when the issue will be resolved? Can I contract the job out and just send the city the bill? That seems reasonable to me. Thank you for attention to this matter.

this is for an alley it is in the wrong system.

We do apologize for any inconvenience and confusion. The original ticket you placed was in the wrong system. Seeclickfix is for potholes in the street, and we use RVAone for potholes in alley. We have put in a request to repair the alley. The ticket number is 43628.

I'm writing via this channel as my requests via the "see click fix" portal have yielded no action. Back in May of 2016, I opened a ticket and attached a picture of very deep puddles/potholes in the alleyway behind my home. Several follow up tickets later and still no response. I now see that my neighbors on the 4100 block of W. Franklin St have also opened tickets to report the issue that has become progressively worse and dangerous. Please respond with a timeline of when it will be fixed.
