in front of the Ambulatory Care Center on the 2000 block of 5th st nw. there is a no parking 7am-6:30pm sign covered by trees. that sign needs to be uncovered and more signs needs to be placed. at least two or 3 more. also in front of 2010 5th st nw the signs are faded and needs to be replaced
