Yes, I too have encountered this problem. With the cost of gas again creeping in on the $3.00 mark; why do we have to sit at this light to make a right-handed turn and waste precious and expensive fuel? A left turn arrow needs to be installed at this intersection to solve this problem.
There is also another intersection in the area with the same problem. I am sure everyone is familiar with the Valley Forge and Allentown Road intersection? There are three left turn arrows at the intersection except for the left turn onto Eastbound Allentown Road from Southbound Valley Forge Road. The light that needs a "left turn" arrow doe's not exist. May I ask why this is like this?
Left turn arrows should be installed at every light in every direction across the State. And we talk about "Going Green?"

If there is not enough room for left turn lanes at least the green light could be staggered so more traffic can be moved per cycle.

Don't you also just like that there are more & more trucks trying to make right hand turns onto Orvilla from Schwab? Talk about holding up traffic!

A left turn arrow might help but I'm not sure. For now I just try to avoid this intersection whenever possible.
