this slum has been downgrading the entire neighborhood for the last three years it is a danger to the area. the slum lord from phila is being tried in the chester county court system who continue to let her run rampant over the people who have to live near this rats nest. what do we have to do to get this slum condemned and torn down

This is a situation that the township has been trying to address for the past years. Picking up the cost with your dollars to prosecute this slumlord. The township of North Coventry is as disgusted as its citizens that this eyesore has not been sold or torn down and the lawyers for the defendant seem to be able to drag this on through our court system. The Township of North Coventry remains dedicated to resolving this problem and are doing its part to find closure to this nightmare. This is another example of the problem with the system and the ability for a perpetrator to use the system for their benefit.

What if someone want's to buy the Condo and redo them. Fix them up to be nice Condo's for the township. Who is the current owner?

It is now 2017. What is happening with Kline Place. Is North Coventry getting any revenue from it? I am guessing : NOT! I think it is time that our township manager who was a lawyer at one time get this done. The manager has been in the NC office for too long. If you cannot do anything about it........ ask Mr Sager. He is an intimidator and can probably threaten the owners to relinquish the property over to the twp so that it can be torn down and or sold.
