This comment is inappropriate for SEECLICKFIX. This kind of complaint needs to come directly to the appropriate RIOC personnel, a Board member and/or the RIOC Operations Committee. Also, RIRA has an Island Services Committee headed by Aaron Hamburger, and the resident(s) making this complaint should bring this problem to this committee (and possibly join the committee) which has an open line to RIOC.
