From the Gateway Monument area up Tunnel there's a lot of trash on side of road. Many park here at night and pitch their garbage out of their cars. I've often cleaned this area up but I'd like the city to clean it now and figure out a good long term plan to not have litter everywhere on Tunnel Rd.
