Sarah, Is this inside of the Tot Lot ? The Picture does not show the location. I will take a walk around this morning to see if I can locate the spot or spots.

It is inside near the bench by both gates in the cotting st side. There are two spots where the side walk is lifting up

Good Afternoon, Cummings Park was visited this weekend and the area of concern is being lifted by the Tree Root. The Highway Dept will pull the two panels and replace with Hot Top as this could just keep reoccurring if concrete is put back. Removing the Tree is not a option.

We will also be Posting Cumming Park, to have all toys removed that do not belong to the City. A Couple of damaged items were already removed but there is more to remove do to some concerns.

The toys are cleared out 🙄but the kids are still tripping and hurting themselves on the sidewalk panels
