Mill and Turnpike Road residents have been taken advantage of by the Town of Chelmsford and given empty promises for years. Rather than close the issue and hope it goes away, why doesn't the town in the short-term add additional signage, lighting and police presence to the roads. In the long term these roads need to be redesigned.

I closed this issue because there was a duplicate issue posted. So I closed one to make it easier to track and leave comments on one so everyone could follow. Thank You
